When would the operator arrive?
If you only want to hire dry ice machien the operator will arrive 1 hour prior to the first dance to setup the machine.
What If my first dance is delayed?
Running behind runsheet no problems. We will stay back till your first dance (onsite payments to be done for any extra time $50 for 30 mins)
How long the Dry Ice will last?
For events, the dry ice effects are usually designed to last throughout the duration of the special dance or event. Normally 2-3 mins Max.
If you have special requirements please let us know and we are more than happy to accomodate that
When do I have to make payment for the special effect hire?
To ensure a seamless booking process and secure your reservation for the special effect hire, all payments must be made upfront and are strictly nonrefundable.
